William Lewis Weaver II

Founder

William Weaver is an experienced entrepreneur with three successful start-ups under his belt. In addition to serving as Chair and President of the DreamHappy Foundation, William currently serves as the CEO of Hive International Inc., a digital brands corporation. In his business practices, as in his life, Mr. Weaver strives to bring happiness to others. His work in entertainment media such as books, film and video games reminds him of the joy that entertainment media can provide and the ability that even simple forms of entertainment can have to raise ones spirit, particularly in times of hardship. In founding the DreamHappy Foundation William Weaver strives to bring these simple joys to children in need by providing them with toys, educational material, and needed supplies they would otherwise be unable to obtain.

Mr. Weaver’s previous charitable experience includes raising funds for Team Fox of the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research as well as working with Habitat for Humanity.

William Bickmore

Director

William Bickmore has assisted with the introduction and/or the development of over 43 businesses and organizations throughout his career. He has personally managed companies which have grown to over 160 employees. These companies have been in a wide variety of disciplines and business sectors. In addition to helping to direct the DreamHappy Foundation, Mr. Bickmore holds the position Chief Executive Officer of Bickmore Technologies which assists other businesses with self administered programs for business development.

William Bickmore’s experience acquired through his accomplishments are aiding to direct the DreamHappy Foundation to succeed in the cause to bring a better life to children in need.

William Bickmore is completed by his wife, nine children and twenty one grandchildren.

William C. Fritz, Jr. CPA

Director

William Fritz is a licensed CPA financial executive with extensive background in all aspects of accounting, auditing and financial management. His professional experience spans from for-profit to not-for-profit organizations and from early-stage start-ups to large international organizations. His industry background includes technology, manufacturing, health-care, higher education and other service based industries. Mr. Fritz currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Jackson Cross Partners, LLC.
